Cho dầu vào nồi, đợi dầu sôi cho mực đã áo bột vào trở đều cho mực chín vàng đều. Một bí quyết để mực chiên xù giòn tan lớp vỏ áo đó là chiên trong dầu sôi hoặc chiên 2 lần (lần đầu chiên sơ cho mực chín, sau đó chiên thêm lần nữa cho mực giòn).
Mực chiên xù chín vớt ra thấm ráo dầu. Chuẩn bị chén tương ớt làm sốt chấm. Nếu cho các bé ăn thì bạn dùng sốt mayonaise nhé!
