Nêm vào nồi canh gà nấm đông cô gồm 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 2 muỗng canh rượu vang. Đậy kín nắp vung lại đun sôi rồi chuyển sang lửa vừa, đùn tiếp trong 40 phút.
Thêm nấm linh chi nâu vào nồi canh gà nấm đông cô, đậy nắp và đun tiếp 10 phút. Sau đó vào 10g kỷ tử, nấu canh gà khoảng 5 phút nữa là xong. Nêm gia vị ít hạt nêm cho vừa miệng nhé.
