Mận hậu ngâm nước muối loãng khoảng 30 phút rồi rửa sạch. Rắc 1 lớp đường vào hũ. Dùng dao khứa nhiều đường xung quanh trái mận rồi cho vào hũ. Cứ 1 lớp đường 1 lớp mận, xóc điều cho mận áo hết đường nhé! Đậy nắp để nơi thoáng mát.
